RETURN POLICY – UNTRAILD.COM
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason. This is your legal right of withdrawal in accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU.
How to Return?
Send an email within 14 days of receipt to support@untraild.com with:
• Your name and order number
• Which product you wish to return
• Reason for return (not required)
After your notification, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back.
Return Conditions
• Product is unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and labels present
• No signs of use
Return Costs
Return costs are at the expense of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. In that case, untraild.com will cover the full return costs.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund you within 14 days via your original payment method.
Withdrawal Form
Would you like to use the official withdrawal form? Send an email to support@untraild.com with the following details:
• Name
• Address
• Order number
• Order date
• Product(s) to be returned
Excluded Products
The following products cannot be returned:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if applicable)
