You will receive a confirmation via email. Within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt. See our return policy for details.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately. You must provide accurate payment information.

Article 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are approximate. Once the item has been handed over to the carrier, the risk lies with you, unless you have chosen a shipping option we offer.

Article 9 – Relationship with Shopify

Our online store runs on the Shopify platform. However, UNTRAILD. is fully responsible for all sales and customer relations.

Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. See our privacy policy. Shopify processes some data outside the EU with appropriate safeguards.

Article 11 – Feedback and Submissions

By submitting feedback or content, you grant us permission to use it. You may not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

We reserve the right to correct errors in prices or descriptions and to cancel orders.
