1. Shipping within the EU

We ship our products throughout the EU. For orders outside the EU, please contact us via the contact page. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after payment is received.

• Standard shipping (2–4 days), large packages (7–10 days)

• 2–10 business days

2. Shipping partners

We work with reliable shipping partners such as Bpost, DHL, GLS, and DPD. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

3. Customs and Import Duties

No additional customs or import duties are charged for deliveries within the EU.

4. Package Inspection and Damage

Please inspect your package for any damage upon receipt. If there is damage, contact us within 48 hours at support@untraild.com so we can resolve the issue.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with European consumer law. See our return policy for all terms and conditions.
